What’s included in my CAMPING PACKAGE:
- 2 people
- 1 set of camping equipment (tent or caravan)
- 1 vehicle (1 car or motorbike) OR 1 motorhome/camper van
- Motorhome service area
- Electric hook-up
At additional cost:
- Up to 6 people (adults, children and babies) per pitch
- 1 pet maximum allowed
- 1 small additional tent (2m x 2m)
Check in and check out times
- Check in time: 2 pm
- Check out time: 12 noon
MY STAY IN
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
What’s included in my ACCOMMODATION:
- Cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, multi-purpose cleaning product)
- Duvets and pillows
- Electricity
- 1 vehicle
At additional cost:
- 1 pet maximum allowed
- End of stay cleaning service
- Baby kit (Travel cot and high chair)
- Sheets and towels
Check in and check out times
- Check in time: 4 pm
- Check out time: 11 am
TERMS OF PAYMENT
CLASSIC RATE
Deposit: 40% on booking, balance due 30 days before arrival.
Amendments: up to 30 days before date of arrival, €50 charge.
Cancellation: 40% charge up to 30 days before date of arrival – 100% charge from 29 days before date of arrival.
ZEN RATE
Deposit: 40% on booking, balance due 30 days before arrival.
Changes: up to 30 days before date of arrival, €50 charge.
Cancellation: no charge up to 10 days before date of arrival – 100% charge from 9 days before date of arrival.
NO FLEX RATE
100% payment on booking, non-changeable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable price.
PLEASE NOTE : For stays of 1 and 2 nights on a camping pitch, the deposit required is 100% of the stay. Regardless of the date of cancellation, there will be no refund of the booking fee or the insurance option. option will not be reimbursed.
IF YOU WILL ARRIVE LATE AT NIGHT
Please let us know roughly what time you expect to arrive at the campsite. This will allow us to organise our staff accordingly.
This applies to all arrivals after the following times:
– 10pm on Friday and Saturday evenings on weekends, bank holidays and every day in the summer.
– 8.30pm on weekdays outside of the summer period and excluding bank holidays.

ANIMALS ARE WELCOME!
We accept one animal per pitch or accommodation.
They must be kept on a lead and vaccinated.

From 07/04 to 01/07 and from 01/09 to 25/09
Outside these periods: €20
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance
4.5% of the total cost of your stay (excluding booking fees and tourist tax).
